Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping within the United Kingdom! Orders are shipping in 1 to 2 days, from Monday to Friday. Shipping takes about 4 to 9 days, also from Monday to Friday. Check our Shipping Policy for more information.
What is your return policy?
You can rquest a return of your unwanted products for 30 days after receiving them. You do however need to pay for the return costs. Unless the item is damaged or you received the wrong items, those we will replace for free. You can find our return policy here.
When will I get paid after returning my product?
Once we receive your returned item, you will get refunded within 14 days. Check our Return policy for more information.

Do you ship internationally?
No, we only ship our products to the United Kingdom.
What if I receive a defective product?
Rest assured, if you receive a defective product, we'll replace it free of charge but you need to inform us within 30 days of receiving it. Check our Return Policy for more information.

We offer a 2-hour cancellation window after placing your order. If you change your mind within this time, please let us know and we'll cancel your order for you.
