Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping within the United Kingdom! Orders are shipping in 1 to 2 days, from Monday to Friday. Shipping takes about 4 to 9 days, also from Monday to Friday. Check our Shipping Policy for more information.

What is your return policy?

You can rquest a return of your unwanted products for 30 days after receiving them. You do however need to pay for the return costs. Unless the item is damaged or you received the wrong items, those we will replace for free. You can find our return policy here.

When will I get paid after returning my product?

No, we only ship our products to the United Kingdom.
